This Privacy Policy explains what information PraxAI ("PraxAI", "we", "us") collects when you use praxai.io and our software, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the site you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us: your name and email when you buy, sign up, or contact support; and the details needed to deliver and run the software. Payments are handled by our payment processors, so we receive a confirmation of your purchase rather than your full card or wallet details.

Information collected automatically: usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and the IP address used to connect, gathered through cookies and similar technologies.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to deliver the product and your license, process payments, provide support, keep the service secure, comply with legal obligations, and improve the site. With your consent, we may also send you product updates or offers, which you can stop at any time.

3. How We Process and Store It

We process data using standard IT tools and security procedures. Access is limited to our team and to service providers who help us run the business (for example payment, hosting, analytics, and support providers), each bound to handle the data appropriately.

We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, after which it is deleted. Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards.

4. Third-Party Services

Payments: card payments are processed by Stripe and crypto payments by BlockBee. Each processes your payment data under its own privacy policy.

Analytics and pixels: we may use tools such as Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to understand traffic and measure ads. Hosting is provided by our hosting partner, and some pages embed third-party content such as verified results (Myfxbook) or our Telegram channel. These providers process limited data under their own policies.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember preferences, and measure performance and ads. You can manage or block cookies in your browser settings, though some features may stop working. We do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date, and where required we will ask for your consent again.
