PraxAI is automated trading software (an Expert Advisor) that you install and run on your own MetaTrader account. It is a tool provided for educational and informational purposes. PraxAI is not a broker, not a prop firm, and not a financial advisor, and nothing we provide is financial, investment, or trading advice.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to buy and use this kind of software where you live. Confirming that is your responsibility.

Your purchase is a one-time payment that grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, lifetime license to use PraxAI on your own accounts. The software is licensed, not sold.

You may not resell, sublicense, share, rent, or transfer the software or your license, and you may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access its source code.

PraxAI is sold as a one-time payment. Card payments are processed by Stripe and crypto payments by BlockBee; paying in crypto may qualify for the discount shown at checkout. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to you.

Trading forex and leveraged products carries a high level of risk and can result in the loss of your capital. You run PraxAI on your own accounts and you alone are responsible for your trades, results, and any profit or loss. We make no promise that you will pass any challenge or earn any amount, and no trading system is guaranteed.

The software and site are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, reliability, or accuracy. We do not warrant that the software will be uninterrupted or error free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PraxAI and its owners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or losses arising from the use of the software, including any bug, glitch, or malfunction. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the license.

The software, setfiles, dashboard, content, and branding remain the property of PraxAI and its owners. Your license does not transfer any ownership to you.

We provide customer support and may release updates at our discretion to keep the software working with supported platforms and prop-firm rules. Support is available by email and on our Telegram channel.

Prop firms, brokers, payment processors, and other third parties are independent of PraxAI. We are not responsible for their decisions, rules, fees, or actions, including any change to a prop firm’s rules or any account they fund, restrict, or close.

We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms, for example by sharing or reselling the software. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as disclaimers, liability limits, and intellectual property) will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, with a new "last updated" date. Continuing to use the site or software means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, and any dispute will be resolved by the competent courts of Switzerland.
